Our Logo
At first glance, our logo might seem like a random combination of dots and dashes but to the trained eye, it’s a message cleverly disguised in Morse code. Morse code is comprised of two different signal units called
“dits” (the dots) and “dash” (the dashes). It was invented in the 1800s and is still used today by radio enthusiasts.
Morse code was originally developed as a method to communicate over long distances. The dits and dahs of Morse code represents the binary code used by Solidmesh to interconnect various automation subsystems with each other.
Translated, our logo reads, K 3 2 3, which refers to Colossians 3:23:
Solidmesh
“In all the work you are given, do the best you can. Work as though you are working for the Lord, not any earthly master.”
The “mesh” between the dahs illustrates connection, which in turn forms an “S” for our company name, Solidmesh.

They were most professional and extremely helpful with advising us on the correct product for our specific needs. This company values honouring their clients and they are prepared to go the extra mile. Refreshing experience. Thank you Stephan and the team for a great product and super service!Posted on Mike ViljoenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. During the recent process of requesting quotations for a solar system, a friend alerted me to Solidmesh for which I’m very grateful. While the quote and advice I received from a big solar company in George was very good, I needed to feel more confident before committing to, for me, a big capital outlay. Stephan Le Roux, the CEO of Solidmesh, patiently listened to my requirements and concerns and advised me accordingly. There was also the promise to make future changes and additions to my system should the need arise. I was keen to get off the grid but to retain it as backup and so all my appliances, including stove and geyser (with 2kW element & timer), are connected to the “load” side of the inverter but there are a couple of change-over switches and if battery capacity falls to 30% then the grid will charge. My system essentially comprises an 8kW Sunsynk inverter, 2 x 5.1 kW BSL batteries and 12 panels which can optimally provide 5.4kW. Once specifications were agreed to, things happened quickly and my system was soon professionally and neatly installed. It has been up and running for about a month now and I find it thrilling to be producing my own reliable clean energy. But my relatively small system does not allow the simultaneous operation of too many power-thirsty appliances and power management is very important. I was surprised to see the panels producing 1000W even with total light cloud cover but the rainy winter months still lie ahead! I have no hesitation in recommending Solidmesh and I'm happy to answer any questions.Posted on Cecil OrrenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Solidmesh is totally professional and the installation of the highest quality. The experience with their staff was excellent and they guided me through the entire process up to the point when the system was commissioned. I would highly recommend them if you're considering a solar system...!! Meet them you won't regret it... a five star experience. Thank you Solidmesh.Posted on Frans de winnaarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our solar system fitted two weeks ago. We are so happy with the system works great. The most important thing for me was the way the system was fitted by Stephan and his team. I am a perfectionist and don't let anyone do work for me, BUT let me tell you the work done by Stephan and his team, I couldn't do it better. It is very neat and will recommend them to ANYONE Thanks Stephan much appreciatedPosted on Julie HartleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Impeccable service, attention to detail and after hour support. After struggling with 3 local solar companies, I cannot describe the relief and joy to be provided with such special care and professionalism from Solidmesh. Thank you, Stephan and team. I cannot sing your praises highly or loudly enough!Posted on Natasha GasparTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent workmanship and after hours service is 10 out of 10 robin van hurtim best in the business👌👌👌great servicePosted on Hawee Le RouxTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Solidmesh always provide quality workmanship at our operation. Excellent knowledge in plc programming, software designs, field bus networks. No task is ever too much effort for them and they are always willing to assist with any problem or project. Solidmesh installed a 4KW Victron inverter, 3x pylontech 3,5kwh batteries and 10x solar panels. My house is basically off the grid (weather dependant). I have a 5 bedroom house with dishwasher, tumble dryer, 13kg washing machine, swimming pool. We don’t use our high power consumption appliances together, to manage our off grid system as efficiently as possible I would recommend their services to anyone.Posted on William GaboreauTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stephan is a highly skilled, dedicated individual. Having worked alongside him for more than 5 years commissioning and running a world class copper mine in the Drc.
